Our Commitment

At Crushd, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This service was built with a privacy-first architecture: we do not store your personal data on any server. Period.

What We Don't Collect

• ❌ No personal information storage
• ❌ No user accounts or profiles
• ❌ No invite data persistence
• ❌ No message history
• ❌ No tracking across users

How Invitations Work

When you create a date invitation, all data (recipient preferences, your message, date/time choices) is encoded directly into the share link using base64 encoding. The link is the data. There is no server-side database.

When the recipient opens the link and completes the form, the result is sent to your Telegram username via a deep link. We do not see, store, or process this communication.

Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage only to remember:

• Your theme preference (light/dark)
• Your language preference
• Draft data if you're filling out the form

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics (Plausible / Cloudflare Analytics) that do not track individual users and do not use cookies. We only see aggregate page views and feature usage.

Third-Party Services

• Telegram: Used only for the final delivery step. Please review Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your data, there's nothing to delete, export, or modify. You have complete control over the links you create and share.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on our social channels.
